Star Speakers Announced for Seminar Programme
We are excited to announce that Shaun Hill, Michelin Starred Chef and Owner of the Walnut Tree Restaurant and John Retallick, Consultant Executive Chef and Vice President of the Craft Guild of Chefs have agreed to do a joint presentation and culinary demo

Thanks to sponsorship by Churchill, we have managed to secure two very exciting, star speakers for the TO THE TABLE Seminar Programme.
Shaun Hill is one of Britain's most enduringly successful chefs, starting his career in the 1960's in some of London's most prestigious restaurants. Then Hill moved to more rural postings, most notably the Merchant House Restaurant in Ludlow which was hailed 14th best in the world, and since 2007 Hill has run the Walnut Tree Restaurant in Wales. He is a multi-award winning chef and has held a Michelin Star for 25 years. Shaun will give us a culinary demonstration and will be interviewed about his life's work and achievements by John Retallick.
John Retallick has had a diverse career as a head chef on cruise liners and major hotels in London, lecturer in Culinary Arts for the British Army and catering colleges, as well as a top judge for international culinary awards.
You can click to read their full biographies on the Seminar page, it's a very interesting read.
We would like to thank Churchill for their sponsorship of the session, to ensure we could brinng these two great speakers TO THE TABLE.
