The Supplier Benefits:

  • Save time and money: Getting in front of the right buyers takes a lot of your time, effort and money. TO THE TABLE brings the decision makers together in one place from a huge geographical area so you can cover a huge amount of ground in a short time at a vastly reduced cost.
  • Save Time and Money
  • No distractions: Identifying the real decision makers is challenging enough. Getting their undivided attention in an office or exhibition environment is impossible. TO THE TABLE delivers the decision makers in a distraction-free environment so you can have that conversation you've been waiting for.
  • No distractions
  • Build Solid Relationships: Business is about relationships. Quite right too. Outside of your meetings schedule there is an abundance of networking. This is often where things really start to happen as everyone relaxes. TO THE TABLE gives you the company, the time and the opportunity to get to know your peers properly. Impossible to put a value on that.
  • Build Solid Relationships
  • Contacts: you'll make a lot of contacts at TO THE TABLE and you'll want to keep them. You'll find them all with detailed profiles in the Event Directory.

Supplier Benefits & How It Works

Who are the Buyers?

You can spend your life chasing the right buyers. That's our job now. Only key F&B decision makers from Asia's leading hotel groups, casinos and restaurant groups - all have confirmed requirements and real decision-making power. No time-wasters are brought TO THE TABLE.

How it Works

F&B Executives need to see the most exciting, innovative, quality products available. Suppliers want to meet the decision makers who will specify, purchase and use their products. Bringing the right people together is a very promising start, but we need an effective format to make it work:

Meetings: We publish a directory of attendees one month before the event, so you can find out who's coming and what their remit is. You can then make an informed choice about whom you wish to meet. You select the buyers you would most like to meet and the buyers also nominate their top suppliers. Your personalised meetings schedule is then produced. Each meeting lasts 25 minutes with a five-minute break in-between.

Your Meeting Point: Suppliers are given a meeting table for the duration of event. Here you will set up your product samples and conduct your meetings. The buyers will come and meet you at your table, according to your meetings schedule.

Supplier Showcase: A networking hour in the meetings room, so buyers can wander through the supplier tables to see, touch and taste the quality of what's on display.

Seminars: Our Seminar Programme really packs a punch and will top you up with all sorts of useful nuggets from Asia Pacific's Food and Beverage gurus. It's a lively, compelling programme covering the things we think you ought to know about, delivered by those who think they do.

Networking: TO THE TABLE brings the key characters in your industry together for two days and three evenings - networking opportunities are plentiful, so you can really get to know people.

Participation Packages

You just need to decide how many delegates will attend from your company. Companies sending one delegate are guaranteed a minimum of 12 meetings, companies who commit to sending two delegates are guaranteed a minimum of 16 meetings and companies sending three delegates will receive 20 meetings. Or we can work out something bespoke. For more information on pricing and inclusion, please see the registration page or contact us.

Extras

Yes, the best products sell themselves, but they need to get noticed first. Whether your product tastes wonderful, looks great on a table or drives the industry from behind the scenes, you may wish to opt for a little extra…

Presentation Room: If you wish to pull out all the stops, then the ultimate upgrade is to your own private presentation room. This will give you all the space and privacy you need and also guarantees you a meeting with all of the attending buyers.

Product Placement: Subtle, appropriate and highly effective. If your product belongs at the table, we would be happy to discuss the most suitable options at the evening functions or lunches.

Function Sponsorship: A number of possibilities to explore at any of our evening functions or lunches.

Welcome Gift: You can provide a product sample or branded gift for the welcome room-drop.

We would be happy to talk to you about these options,
or custom tailoring something extra to suit your product.
