Terms & Conditions
Specific terms for registered buyers:
- Once registered, your commitment to attend is relied upon. If unforeseen circumstances make your cancellation unavoidable, then you will need to provide a suitable senior replacement.
Specific terms for suppliers:
- In the event of cancellation on or before 22nd August 2012, the delegate company will be liable to pay 30% of the invoice total. Cancellation thereafter will incur 100% of the invoiced fee. All cancellations must be given in writing.
- No delegate may attend the event unless all payment is received by 22 October 2012.
- In the event that TO THE TABLE is cancelled by the organisers, all deposits & payments made to the organisers will be refunded in full. The organisers, Snap Events Ltd, will not be held liable for further costs.
Terms for all:
- No private functions may be organised involving any delegates during the TO THE TABLE programme.
- No persons may attend any part of the event other than those officially under the TO THE TABLE programme.
- Personal travel insurance must be arranged by the delegate.
- Vaccinations (where applicable) must be organised by the delegate.
- Visa requirements (where applicable) must be organised by the delegate.
- The event includes accommodation at The Shangri-La Singapore for the nights of 22-25 November 2012.
